Terms and Conditions

Welcome to L E Cleaning. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided
We offer residential, commercial, end of tenancy, and deep cleaning services across London. Services will be carried out by vetted, insured, and professional cleaners.

2. Bookings & Cancellations
   •    All bookings must be confirmed by email, phone, or our website.
   •    Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice.
   •    Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may incur a cancellation fee of £25.

3. Access to Property
Clients must provide access to the property at the agreed time. If cleaners are unable to gain access, a call-out fee may be charged.

4. Payments
   •    Payments are due immediately upon completion of the job unless agreed otherwise.
   •    Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, debit/credit card, or approved invoicing.
   •    Late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Liability
   •    We are insured for public liability and damage to property.
   •    We will not be held responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or defects not caused by our cleaners.
   •    Any complaints or issues must be reported within 24 hours of the service for investigation.

6. Customer Obligations
   •    Ensure valuable or fragile items are safely stored.
   •    Inform us in advance of any special requirements or areas that need extra care.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any part of the service, we will arrange a free re-clean of the affected area(s), provided we are notified within 24 hours of completion.

8. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Your details will never be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions. Any updates will be posted on this page.
